Title: NAPA Hockey Heroes Weekend

Location: Moncton, Superior Propane Centre

Reports to: Manager, Development Programs

Position Date: June 1st - June 4th, 2023

Volunteer Duties Include:

Transportation Team

• Transport players as needed. Must provide valid drivers license.

Event Set up

• Prepare venue for event.

Registration and information table

• Greet, answer questions and direct players as they arrive.

Auction

• Set up auction items before event and maintain tables until auction closes.

Team Agent

• The liaison for the team captain and verify beginning fundraising amount.

Rink Manager

• Make sure games start and finish on time.

• Supervise rink attendants..

Rink Attendant

• Assist the Rink Manager to make sure games start and finish on time.

Ticket Sales

• Raffle, 50/50 ticket sales etc. as needed.
