We know that navigating stroke recovery can be difficult. That’s why we’ve created our Stroke Navigation program. This program is specifically focused on helping you to adjust to life back in the community after a stroke. Our Stroke Navigators are here to support your recovery goals, to provide resources to help you manage your condition, and to offer you tools to navigate the healthcare system.
