Rules and Regulations

Eligibility

Ticket purchaser must be 18 years or older.

Tickets must be purchased within New Brunswick.

Only one (1) individual may be identified as the ticket purchaser (or buyer) of the raffle ticket.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that an accurate first name, last name, a valid deliverable mailing address, current email and contact phone number are provided.

Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick’s staff, board members, volunteers, representatives, and members shall have NO liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible tickets or tickets without proper payment received, in which case tickets shall be deemed in-valid and shall be immediately disqualified.

Heart and Stroke Foundation staff members are excluded from entering the Side-by-Side Raffle.

By entering the Raffle, the ticket purchaser acknowledges that he or she is aware of, and agrees to abide by, the Official Rules and Regulations.

If less than 3000 tickets are sold, the funds raised will revert to a 50/50 draw.

Drawing

One Ticket for $25.00 | Five Tickets for $100.00

Only 7500 tickets available to be sold.

Draw Date – Thursday, August 1st, 2024.

Draw Location – NAPA Regional Office. Located at 325 Edinburgh Drive, Moncton NB. Draw time 12 noon.

There is no limit to the number of tickets a single individual can purchase.

Tickets can be sold by debit/credit card/cash and by when a Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick staff, board member or volunteer is able to correctly record applicable information.

Tickets can also be purchased at participating NAPA NB Stores, by calling the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick at 1-800-663-3600, by a Heart and Stroke volunteer or online at https://www.heartandstrokenb.ca/.

Tickets purchased by phone or through the website will be mailed or a scanned image sent via email.

Return and Cancellation Policy.

All purchases of the Side-by-Side Raffle are final and non-refundable; non-transferable and may not be cancelled once processed.

Prize

• 1st Prize – ATV Side by Side - XP 1000 Premier North Star with the cab - 6 Seats – (MSRP $40,000). Prize to be awarded in the form of a $40,000 credit to LJ Patterson Sales & Service Ltd.

• 2nd Prize – Milwaukee Prize Pack:

1. Milwaukee #2823-22HD - M18 Fuel 21 Electric Mower with Batteries and Charger – retail $2082.81

2. Milwaukee #2724-21 HD - M18 Blower WITH Battery and Charger – retail $657.56
